Promo Code Attribution

Each promo code. Attributed to the creator who drove it.

Promo codes, attributed to the creator who drove them.

Some audiences click the link. Most don't. Marble issues each creator a unique promo code, then attributes its usage back through Google Analytics, Shopify, and Stripe — so creators with audiences who skip the link still get credit for the revenue they drive.

How attribution works

Three integration paths. One source of truth.

Marble matches promo-code redemptions back to the creator who owns the code, regardless of which system processes the order.

Google Analytics

When a GA4 event fires with a coupon parameter, Marble matches it to the creator who owns the code — no link click required.

Shopify

Creator codes are auto-created as Shopify discount codes. Every redemption flows back as creator-attributed revenue.

Stripe

Coupon IDs in Stripe checkout sessions are matched to creators in real time. Attributed revenue updates without manual reconciliation.

A unique code, generated the moment a creator joins.

When a creator is added to a campaign, Marble generates their tracking link and their promo code at the same time. Both flow into your connected commerce stack automatically — no copy-paste, far fewer missed creators.

Creator-named codes

Codes use the creator's handle by default — easy to remember, easy to attribute. Override with a custom pattern when you need to.

Stack with discount tiers

Configure the discount per campaign — flat amount, percentage, or tiered — and Marble syncs it to your connected platforms.

Links, codes, or both.

Most campaigns benefit from running both at once — link tracking captures the click-through audience, promo codes capture the audience that converts later from memory or screenshot.

Tracking links

Best for direct-response audiences who tap through immediately.

Promo codes

Best for audiences who buy later — from memory, search, or saved post.

Both, combined

Recommended for most campaigns. Marble dedupes if the same person uses both, to prevent double-counting.
